These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DomexiHost Technologies hosting services (“Services”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have the authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to the organization.
DomexiHost Technologies provides web hosting services including:
cPanel Hosting Plans
cPanel Reseller Hosting
DirectAdmin Hosting Plans
Domain registration and related services
Collectively referred to as the “Services”.
You agree to pay all fees specified during the order process. All payments are due immediately and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we will refund the full hosting amount.
Refunds do not apply to domain registrations, setup fees, or additional services.
Billing occurs on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage your billing information through your DomexiHost account dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DomexiHost Technologies will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, published, or made available via our services. You agree not to upload or share any content that:
Is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
Contains viruses or harmful code.
Impersonates another person or entity.
Violates any laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and may terminate your account without notice.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following:
Promotion of illegal activities
Damage to our servers or other networks
Links to prohibited content
Pornographic material
Phishing pages
Banking scams or bots
Escrow or HYIP schemes
Pirated software or hacker tools
Warez or torrent sites
Proxy, anonymizer, or IRC bots
Unauthorized media or file hosting
Flash games or online game hosting
Lottery, gambling, or hate speech
Immediate Suspension for accounts hosting illegal content
Review Option via support ticket for contesting suspensions
Termination without refund for repeated or serious violations
If you suspect any abuse or violations, please contact our support team immediately.
We offer a 99% uptime guarantee. If your server uptime falls below 99% in any given month, you may request an account credit. See our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for full details.
DomexiHost Technologies reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomexiHost Technologies shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data, profits, or business
Service interruptions or system failures
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka to resolve any disputes.
